C87800 brass thick-wall copper pipes are high-manganese casting brass tubes containing approximately 80% copper and 13%–15% manganese, which impart outstanding tensile strength and exceptional wear resistance. This alloy composition enables the pipes to withstand heavy loads and continuous friction, making them a preferred choice for demanding mechanical components such as worm gears, lead screws, and heavy-duty bushings. Additionally, the high copper content provides excellent corrosion resistance against seawater, steam, and mild acidic environments, ensuring long-term reliability even in aggressive fluid-handling applications.
