C70600 copper plate is a nickel-containing brass material, mainly composed of about 90% copper (Cu) and 10% nickel (Ni), and may also contain small amounts of iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and other elements. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and salt water environments, so it is widely used in shipbuilding, offshore platform structural components, desalination equipment and other fields.
In addition, C70600 copper plate has good mechanical properties and processing performance. Its tensile strength is usually between 275-550 MPa, yield strength is between 105-300 MPa, and elongation is at least 30%, which is able to withstand large tensile force without fracture. At the same time, it can be shaped and processed by a variety of methods such as cold and hot processing, excellent welding performance, high strength welded joints, not easy to produce cracks and deformation, suitable for the manufacture of pipelines, valves, pumps and other chemical equipment as well as electrical and electronic industry conductive materials.
