C75400 copper tube is a copper-nickel-zinc ternary alloy material with a typical composition of copper (62.0%-65.0%), nickel (13.5%-16.5% cobalt) and residual zinc, forming an alpha single-phase organizational structure. It has excellent pressure processing properties in both the hot and cold states, and can be rolled and drawn into tubes, rods or plates to meet the needs of complex space layouts. The alloy has a silvery-white surface and combines good chemical stability with high mechanical strength, especially in wet or corrosive media.
Its core advantage lies in the excellent corrosion resistance, especially suitable for seawater and other high salt environment, can effectively resist pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, widely used in ship cooling systems, chemical heat exchangers and desalination devices in the pipeline, tube plate and valve body and other key components. c75400 copper tube also has good high temperature performance and low temperature toughness, can be -196 ℃ to 400 ℃ working conditions, but the cutting and welding performance is relatively limited. Cutting and welding performance is relatively limited, need to use a specific process to ensure the quality of the connection.
