C83600 copper plate is a leaded tin brass material with excellent machinability and wear resistance. Its lead content (4.0-5.7%) significantly improves cutting efficiency and enables high-precision machining, while the tin content (4.0-6.0%) gives the material good corrosion resistance and self-lubricating ability, making it suitable for friction parts such as valves and bearings.
The material maintains the basic properties of brass while optimizing the overall performance through the synergistic effect of lead and tin. Its casting process adaptability, can be processed into complex shapes of wear parts, commonly used in ship parts, chemical equipment and other industrial fields, but need to pay attention to the lead element of the welding process and the specific use of environmental restrictions.
