C70400 Copper Sheet is a copper-nickel-silicon alloy whose main components include copper, silver, iron, zinc, nickel and manganese. It has good cold workability and hot workability to meet a wide range of processing needs, with a density of about 8.96 g/cm3 and a melting point of about 1455 degrees Celsius. The material has a tensile strength of approximately 700 MPa and a Vickers hardness of 45, properties that make it excellent in applications requiring high strength and wear resistance.
Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, machinability and heat treatability, C70400 copper sheet is widely used in condensers, evaporators, heat exchanger casings, and marine condenser water intake system parts. It is also used in the aerospace industry, electric power industry and medical devices, etc. It can be supplied in a wide range of forms such as plates, bars, tubes, strips and wires, with a full range of specifications and support for customized processing.
