C71300 Copper Bar is a copper-nickel alloy (white copper) containing 23.5%-26.5% nickel, which combines high strength and corrosion-resistant properties. Its chemical composition also includes small amounts of iron, zinc, manganese and other elements, giving the material excellent hot and cold working properties, which can be stabilized under different pressure environments. The alloy due to the strengthening effect of nickel, mechanical properties significantly better than ordinary copper alloys, while having good electrical and thermal conductivity and seawater corrosion resistance, commonly used in marine engineering, chemical equipment and precision instrumentation parts manufacturing.
Although the material is limited in hot processing performance and high production costs, but through continuous casting process can be made into rods, wires and other forms. Its silver-white metallic luster and deep-drawn properties give it a unique advantage in decorative components and high-precision motor parts, especially in long-term use through the energy-saving features to achieve significant economic benefits.
