Material and Characteristics:C75400 copper wire is a special copper alloy with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance. This copper wire contains elements of copper, nickel and zinc and has a silvery-white appearance, also known as zinc-white copper or de silver. It has a tensile strength of at least 520 MPa, a conditional yield strength of at least 205 MPa, an elongation of at least 40%, and a section shrinkage of at least 60%. In addition, C75400 copper wire has good plasticity and can well withstand pressure processing in both hot and cold states.
Application areas: C75400 copper wire is widely used in electronic crystal shells, daily decorations, tableware, medical equipment, construction and other fields. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and anti-electromagnetic interference shielding properties, the material excels in applications where high durability and aesthetics are required.
