C75400 copper bar is a copper-nickel-zinc ternary system of alpha single-phase organization alloy, commonly known as German silver or Chinese silver. Its main chemical composition is copper 62.0-65.0%, nickel + cobalt 13.5-16.5%, the balance is zinc. This alloy has high strength and corrosion resistance, good plasticity, and can withstand pressure processing well in both hot and cold states.
Due to its excellent mechanical properties and beautiful silver-white appearance, C75400 copper bar is widely used in electronic crystal casings, daily decorations, tableware, medical equipment, construction and other fields. The alloy shows good corrosion resistance in wet conditions and strong corrosive media, but has poor weldability and better elasticity than some other materials.
