C77000 copper bar is a copper-nickel-tin alloy widely used in the electrical and electronic industry for its excellent performance. It not only retains the good electrical and thermal conductivity of pure copper, but also significantly improves the strength and hardness of the material by adding nickel and tin elements. The material maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures, making it ideally suited for the manufacture of components that require high temperature resistance and high strength.
In addition, C77000 copper bar has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used for long periods of time in a variety of environments without oxidising or eroding. This makes it ideal for the manufacture of connectors, relays, switches and other precision electrical components. At the same time, its good machinability also facilitates cutting, bending and moulding to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
