Chemical and Mechanical Properties: C77000 copper sheet is made of copper (53.5-56.5%), nickel (16.5-19.5%) and zinc (residual) as the main components, which has high strength and high corrosion resistance, especially in wet or chemical corrosive environments. Its tensile strength ≥440 MPa and elongation ≥5%, showing good mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, as well as silver-white appearance and high elasticity, suitable for precision structural parts.
Application and processing performance: the material has excellent cold working property, can withstand hot and cold pressure processing, suitable for the manufacture of optical instrument parts, springs, resistance wires and electrical switch parts . In addition, its machinability and magnetic shielding performance is good, but the weldability is relatively poor, need to pay attention to the choice of processing technology.
