C79200 copper wire is a copper-nickel-zinc alloy material (commonly known as nickel-white copper), both excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Its nickel content (11-13%) and zinc in a reasonable ratio so that it maintains a high electrical conductivity of the copper matrix at the same time, can resist seawater, acidic media erosion, and has a tensile strength of more than 300MPa, especially suitable for the manufacture of precision electronic components, marine engineering cables and high-stress springs and other components.
The material is also known for its excellent processing performance, can be cold drawn, stamping and other processes such as molding, welding performance is good, the surface is easy to polish. Its stable physical and chemical properties ensure long-term performance in harsh environments such as high temperatures and humidity, and it is widely used in aerospace, chemical equipment and high-end connectors.
