C83800 copper bar is a high performance tin bronze alloy material with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. Its typical composition is a copper-tin-zinc-lead alloy, which realizes a balance of high strength, good cutability and corrosion resistance through reasonable elemental ratios, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts such as bearings and gears.
The material has excellent performance in industrial applications, not only easy casting and machining, but also can adapt to a variety of harsh environments. Its stable physical and chemical properties make it ideal for marine fittings, valve parts and chemical equipment, while meeting the stringent requirements for dimensional stability and surface finish of precision mechanical components.
