C83800 copper tube is a high-performance tin-bronze alloy tube, mainly composed of copper (content ≥ 60%) and tin (about 3%), combined with zinc, lead and other elements, showing excellent strength, hardness (e.g., Brinell hardness of about 60) and good heat conductivity, suitable for high-strength and abrasion-resistant demand scenarios. Its alloy design optimizes casting performance, featuring small casting shrinkage and easy production of complex shape castings, ensuring manufacturing precision and structural stability.
The copper tube has a tensile strength of ≥200 MPa and a yield strength of ≥90 MPa in terms of mechanical properties, providing excellent toughness and wear resistance, as well as excellent corrosion resistance in different environments (e.g., freshwater and seawater), and is widely used for mechanical parts, plain bearings, and corrosive working conditions in ships or boiler components. Its comprehensive performance supports high-load applications, reduces maintenance frequency and enhances service life.
